Olliffe works directly with the best farmers from Ontario and around the world to source the best meats, game, poultry and lamb. Making the connection at the grass-roots level with individual producers enables Olliffe to monitor the growing cycle of the animals giving the in-store butchers confidence when selling cuts “from nose-to-tail.”
Olliffe has the finest butchers and are always keen to discuss custom butchery with customers. For this reason the Olliffe butchery team is accessible and encouraged to converse with customers in the storefront. At Olliffe our goal is to always sell fresh, therefore our inventory levels fluctuate with the seasons. Special orders are always welcome.
Our beef is handselected by our ever-discriminating butchers. The Olliffe butchery team believes in provenance of product and visits each farm. By partnering with our suppliers at the farmgate level Olliffe can monitor feeding programs and hand select the finest of the herd. This enables complete quality control that the Olliffe discriminating customers have come to expect.
