Stations & Tastings

A1 semi-formal buffet styled event but enhanced with a chef at each station. Stations also give your guests something to do at your event and encourages mingling as well. Fun and interactive, a unique way to try several of chef Gundy's favourite recipes from home and around the world. Generally a Station and Tasting event is 3-4 hours long and intended as a full meal service or a slower grazing styled feast. We also offer a wine tasting station manned by a wine expert from George Restaurant who will explain the merits of the different wines to your guests.

Hors d’eouvres
Passed by service staff or set up in display at a tasting station. The combinations of small edibles are endless.

Meats & Game
Your event will access the entire scope of Olliffe’s reach into the best from meat, game and poultry producers. Sure to impress your guests with the finest from Toronto’s best butchery shop.

Seafood Bar
Offer a range of seafood including shrimp, sushi, oysters, Crab, etc. For something special, have a "shucker" onsite with super fresh oysters and to give a bit of the New Orleans experience.

Noodle Bar
A variety of pastas or Asian styled noodles, both cold and hot with a choice of add-ins and sauces.

Green Bar
Salads, grains, preserves and sides. This is the go-to station after the proteins. Healthy and in-season the green bar features some hot side items but mostly cold, in-season produce.

Cheese Bar
Featuring the best from Canada and around the world by Olliffe’s cheesemonger. Not for the faint of heart, Olliffe provides very high quality cheeses that are always “a pointe” or at the perfect ripeness.

Sweet Bar
Indulgences are the final station to be enjoyed but never overlooked by your guests. Impressively designed cakes, tartes, savouries and sweets will impress your guests and leave a lasting memory of your party.
