How Far Do You Deliver?

We deliver within a 30km radius of our store within the GTA.

Where Do I Pick Up My Order?

You can pick your order up directly from the store. Just ask the person tell the person at the order counter your order number and name.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

To cancel an order you log into your account and select “Cancel My Order.” All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to order pickup & delivery. Payments will not be refunded should you fail to give 24 hours notice of your order cancellation. We place a hold for the payment on your credit card until 24 hrs prior to pick up, at which time we process the full payment

How Do I Know If My Online Order is Confirmed?

Once your order is processed you will receive an automated email confirmation. The email will include the following details: items ordered, your order number and the time of pick-up or delivery. Please check your junk or spam folders for this email if you do not see it in your inbox.

How Is Payment Processed?

We use a secure payment gateway to process all payments. All of your details are stored on a secure, encrypted server where all of your information is kept safely.
